Developing as a Senior Contributor
We believe in building effective leaders and great managers one at a time.
The purpose of the program is to help mid-level professionals cultivate the skills and master the tools needed to both increase their contributions to their organizations as well as advance in their careers.
This is the foundational Building Better Leaders program, delivered in a blended format (on-site and distance) over multiple sessions.
This program is cross-discipline, exposing the participants to new approaches and tools and challenging them to apply and gain experience with these approaches in the workplace. In addition to pre-program work, participants engage post-session in both self-study via distance learning tools and in group work.
Program Focus:
- Developing as a leader and as a follower
- Developing and leading high performance teams
- Improving decision-making skills
- Creating executive presence
- Developing lateral influence
- Enhancing critical, creative and strategic thinking skills
- Improving your ability to connect with others
- Managing upwards
- Enhancing negotiation skills
- Getting “Stuff” Done-Relentless Execution
Delivery and Duration:
The Senior Contributor program takes place in four 1.5 day sessions coupled with group and individual self-study (via distance learning) between sessions.
