Building Better Leaders On-Site
We believe in building effective leaders and great managers one at a time.
Building Better Leaders workshops and programs provide practical, real-world guidance and immediately usable ideas and approaches for the tough issues of leading, managing and driving results.
Consistent with the Building Better Leaders format, all programs include pre-work (reading and assessment) and in-session Action Planning for the next 180 days. Optional follow-up mentoring for groups or individuals is available for all programs.

The “Developing as a Senior Contributor” Program:
This is the foundational Building Better Leaders program, delivered in a blended format (on-site and distance) over multiple sessions. The purpose of the program is to help mid-level professionals cultivate the skills and master the tools needed to both increase their contributions to their organizations as well as advance in their careers. The program focuses on: developing as a leader, developing critical and strategic thinking skills, creating and enhancing your executive presence and developing a relentless operating and execution discipline.

Program Location/Duration:
Workshops are available at your facility or in your geography in half-day, single or two-day events or split into multiple-sessions and delivered over an extended period of time.
